Can you help?
Do you have spare time on your hands and would like to use it to help others?
The J's Hospice is looking for people who can raise funds or make donations that will help the charity build a hospice for 18-to-40-year-olds with life limiting conditions in Essex.
The charity has already launched it's The J's at Home service, which provides hospice and respite care in patients' own homes. However, it still needs funds to build its own hospice, which will be the only dedicated hospice for young adults in the East of England.
You could, for instance, take part in The Gold Challenge on behalf of The J's Hospice, where you can raise sponsorship to take part in a coaching session for up to five out of 30 Olympic and Paralympic sports.
