Smokers urged to take the leap this No Smoking Day

On March 14, 2012 – this year's No Smoking Day – a million smokers or more are expected to try and quit their habit. According to the No Smoking Day charity, the event has already helped a great many smokers in the UK to quit for good (each year around 250,000 people quit on No Smoking Day, with 6,000 managing to give up permanently).
